December 1-18, 2020 – Individual check-in with fellows
January 29, 2021 – Finalize schedule for librarian workshop, send out save-the-dates
February 1-26, 2021 – Individual check-ins with fellows

March 15, 2021 – Send out links to register for librarian workshop

April 1-30, 2021 – Begin assessment: Touro faculty peer review and/or OER faculty fellows cohort review of materials to current stage; determine continuing assessment plan; complete final reporting

April 19, 2021 (week of) - Wrap-up meeting, discuss next steps, closing
April 30, 2021 - Project time period ends
